These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of advertising and listing services provided by Vyvaah.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) to service providers (“you,” “your,” “vendor,” or “service provider”) who wish to advertise, list, or promote their services on our platform. By registering, creating a profile, or advertising on Vyvaah.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be a legitimate business or individual service provider operating in the wedding, matrimonial, or related industries.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated business information at the time of registration.
• We reserve the right to verify your credentials before approving your listing.

2. Advertising & Listings

• All content (text, images, videos, logos, offers, etc.) submitted for listing must be genuine and free from misleading information.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of your content.
• Vyvaah.com reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any content that is misleading, offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Payments & Fees

• Listing and advertising fees, if applicable, must be paid in full as per the chosen plan/package.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Vyvaah.com reserves the right to revise pricing, plans, and packages at any time with prior notice.

4. Responsibilities of Service Providers

• You agree not to post or promote unlawful, fraudulent, or irrelevant services.
• You must honor commitments made to customers (pricing, services, quality, delivery timelines, etc.).
• You are solely liable for your dealings with customers. Vyvaah.com is not a party to any transaction between you and customers.

5. Intellectual Property

• You must own or have rights to use the logos, images, and content you provide.
• By submitting content, you grant Vyvaah.com a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content on the platform and related marketing material.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engage in spam, abusive, or offensive communication.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Use Vyvaah.com to promote unrelated or competitive platforms without prior approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Vyvaah.com acts solely as a platform to connect service providers with customers.
• We do not guarantee business leads, inquiries, or bookings.
• We are not liable for disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising between service providers and customers.

8. Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or listing if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in misconduct.
• In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyvaah.com, its owners, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, your services, or your interactions with customers.

10. Modifications

Vyvaah.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka
